Jay-Z Takes 40/40 To The Far East

Owning two popular high-end sports lounges' in the New York and New Jersey area is just not enough for Jay-Z, the Def Jam President recently wrapped up a lease agreement which will allow him to expand his 40/40 club franchise in different spots in Asia.
Hov and his partners Desiree Gonzalez and Juan Perez hope to have three 40/40 clubs up and running in Hong Kong, China; Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan by 2008.
Before the aforementioned clubs open, Jay-Z is slated to open 40/40 clubs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas in 2006 and 2007, respectively.
As SOHH previously reported, Jay-Z will also be launching the Rocawear timepiece collection for both men and women in the fall.
