The tale of two gay cowboys

“Brokeback Mountain” is the tale of two gay cowboys who are sent to a mountain in search of work as sheepherders in 1963. The movie has been leaving a trail of controversy every since it was released last year and is even banned in places like Quebec and Jamaica. The hip hop tone and voice is pretty nonexistent during the duration of the film to say the least. That didn’t stop one major player in the game from going to see the movie though.

brokebackjay.jpgAccording to Flo Anthony on 96.3 in D.C., Jay-Z was spotted in a theater watching the infamous film. Although it is nobody’s business what Hova likes to check out on the weekend, it is pretty interesting to say the least. When he heard about the news during All-Star Weekend, Charles Barkley allegedly said “Why is a man who got the woman he got doing in a theater watching a movie like this?"

Charles does have a point there. One has to wonder what his motives were for going to see the movie. Did he go alone? Is he looking to try something new out? Who knows. If Cam’ron gets wind of this story he probably will have another diss record by 10 pm tonight.
