Queen Latifah was awarded the 2,298th bronze-edged star on the famed stretch of pavement along Los Angeles' Hollywood Boulevard just nine days before the opening of her new film "Last Holiday".
Queen Latifah becomes the first hip-hop artist crowned with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
"I think the reason I am here is to inspire African-American women who are rappers, full-figured women to know that they can do it, too," she said.
I'm not even gonna say anything....she's done what like 8 movies, and was only a major character in like 3. Whatever....congrats Latifah......hmmmm
