Teairra Mari Hopes For Success!

17 year-old R&B singer Teairra Mari' who barely made a splash on the charts with her debut single "Make Her Feel Good" and self-titled album is now helping her 16 soon to be 17 year-old (bd: June 19, 2006) boyfriend make his debut yet make way for her 2nd effort.

Larry "Lil'Killa" Pretlow II who wrote a brigeline and hook for two of Teairra Mari's album tracks is attempting to make his debut with Teen Urban Crunk Group "Young Crowd" in March 2006. Their album "The Preface" releases in July 2006. That's enough time to build a fan base and top the charts wit a hit so that your album can make a Grammy-worthy imprint on the charts?

Teairra Mari' well release a single for an upcoming Tyler Perry film in April 2006. The single is called "Come And Get It". It features the singers' unknown boyfriend who raps 2 and 1/2 verses while she holds down the hooks and ad-libs yet the single will release as her single featuring Larry Pretlow or Lil'Killa of Young Crowd. This release is suppose to help his group album, and make way for her 2nd effort.

Pretlow defines his stage name as "One that has many astonishing talents". Teairra Mari' has not been seen with Pretlow since she debuted. Sources say that her staff wanted her to appear to be single for a greater impact on her debut. Sparking rumors about her and Jay-Z that did not last.
