R.Kelly's Wife Issues Restraining Order

Things just get worse for crooner R.Kelly; now even his wife has had enough of him and has successfully issued an emergency restraining order against him.

Mrs. Andrea Kelly feels the restraining order is necessary to protect her from alleged physical abuse, stalking and her hubby interfering with her personal liberty.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times Mrs Kelly needs the order to ensure that her three children with the singer could not be removed from their home with her.

She has also demanded R.Kelly does not dispose of any of her personal property including her Mercedes-Benz…flash.

R.Kelly is currently embroiled in two extremely high profile court cases; the most serious is his battle against child pornography charges. The second case is against the first man of hip hop, Def Jam President Jay-Z, over their ‘Best Of Both Worlds’ tour that ended with R.Kelly being thrown off the tour and a lot of animosity.
