Jay-Z back on the rap stage
Source:
Jay-Z is heading back to the concert stage, at least for two nights. Billboard.com reports the rap mogul plans to headline shows in New Jersey and Philadelphia, billed as "& Friends" concerts. The first show is slated Oct. 27 in East Rutherford, N.J. The next night, Jay-Z will appear at Philadelphia's Wachovia Center.
Kate Moss acknowledged tabloid allegations she recently used cocaine are true. Moss made the admission in an apology letter to the Hennes & Mauritz clothing chain, saying she would abide by a company policy that models be "healthy, wholesome and sound." The Daily Mirror tabloid printed images from a video which it said showed the supermodel doing five lines of cocaine.
Meanwhile, the Sun newspaper reported Moss finally may have ditched her rocker boyfriend Pete Doherty, whose own drug and alcohol addictions have been well chronicled in the British press.
Tori Spelling and her husband, actor-writer Charlie Shanian, are splitting after a year of marriage, according to People magazine.
Speaking of short marriages, Renee Zellweger's four-month marriage may have ended because of husband Kenny Chesney's reluctance to have children.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "(Zellweger is) an old-fashioned girl and wanted to start a family as soon as the wedding dress was in the wardrobe. She thought Kenny felt the same way, but it didn't take her long to realize the dream was over."
The couple married in May only four months after meeting at tsunami relief concert.
Mötley Crüe just became a motley crew. Lead singer Vince Neil slipped onstage at Atlanta's Phillips Arena just five songs into the band's set Friday, tearing a calf muscle.
The Mötley Crüe website said Neil tore the medial portion of his left calf muscle and was rushed to a local hospital, cutting the concert short. While Neil recovers, the band plans to continue its tour, including Sunday night's performance.
