Saigon to Appear in HBO’s “Entourage”

Rapper Saigon , who’s debut album is one of Hip Hop’s most anticipated, is about to hit premium cable. The emcee known for his skillful delivery, honesty, and in-depth story telling, will appear in three episodes of HBO’s “Entourage.” The series follows HBO original programs such as “The Sopranos,” and “Sex And The City,” as a hit with television audiences. The show tells the story of “Vince,” a Queens-bred actor achieving new found fame in Hollywood, as well as his three friends from back home.
Saigon’s music will also appear in the series. Five songs, including “Come Again,” and “Letter P (Just Blaze Remix),” were used for the show. Saigon will also perform his remix to the Nas joint, “War,” on the season finale set to air September 4th.
Saigon’s previous television appearance came in the form of a spotlight on MTV’s “You Hear It First.” Saigon, also known as the Yard Father, has received acclaim from XXL. His debut album, The Greatest Story Never Told, will be released on Fort Knox/Atlantic Records. Just Blaze served as executive-producer of the album.
Saigon has been making a name for himself through mixtape and compilation appearances. After a stint in prison, Saigon has chosen to turn his life around. He sees music as his way to educate, inform, and empower.
