Colleek D. Luckie an 18-year-old relative of Hip-Hop superstar Jay-Z was killed in a car crash on U.S. Route 220 between Port Matilda and Bald Eagle that closed the road for hours this Tuesday June 28th, 2005.

Luckie, was a passenger in the car which was driven by Roscoe G. Neely, and was pronounced deceased after the car crash between Neely's car and a large tractor-trailer. He was wearing a seat belt.

The police at Philipsburg said that Neely, age 20, of Brooklyn, New York, was driving a 2005 Chrysler 300 headed south on Route 220 when he drifted across the center line and struck a tractor-trailer head on driven by John A. McCulley, 58, of Altoona.

After the collision, Neely's vehicle hit a telephone pole and traveled 300 feet through a field.
