Jay-Z: R. Kelly Is a Crying Little B*tch
Claims singer's erratic behavior wrecked 2004 joint tour

Source:Smoking Gun

R. Kelly is a weepy, emotional wreck whose bizarre behavior sabotaged a recent concert tour with Jay-Z, according to a blistering court filing. Firing back at the R&B singer (full name: Robert Kelly), who filed a $90 million beach of contract lawsuit last November, the 35-year-old rapper (real name: Shawn Carter) claims that Kelly was the one responsible for the October collapse of the duo's "Best of Both Worlds" tour. In answering Kelly's complaint, Jay-Z describes the 36-year-old singer as prone to crying fits and, in light of his "precarious financial and legal circumstances," desperate for money. Below you'll find an excerpt from Jay-Z's January 24 legal response, which includes two counterclaims against Kelly. Along with a remembrance of Kelly once "crying hysterically," Jay-Z's filing contains may delights for the urban music fan. Our favorite passage regards the conclusion of a disastrous R. Kelly set in St. Louis: After leaving the stage to assault the lighting director, "without explanation or apology, R. Kelly returned to the stage, bowed to the audience, changed his outfit, hopped onto a waiting 'People Mover,' and left the venue before the concert was completed...R. Kelly then went to a local McDonald's where he began to serve food to patrons at the drive-thru."
