Looks like 2005 will be another big year for Jay-Z. The rapper is stepping into the new role of Def Jam CEO and President. So does Jay-Z have any New Year's resolutions now that he's a label executive? He tells MTV.com, "I make my New Year's resolutions daily. I just strive to be a better person, and I always believe in karma."
