Golden Anniversary
 We hear Mr. Sean Carter is pulling out all the stops to make the one-
year anniversary of his 40/40 club "golden." According to sources,
Jay is dropping $250,000 on 1,000 14 karat gold invites to his
celebration party. The guest list, of course, will feature the who's
who in music, sports and entertainment. The exclusive 40/40 Club,
named after the rare baseball players who have hit 40 home runs and
stolen 40 bases in one season - opened last May in the Chelsea
section of Manhattan. The club features an 8,000-square-foot space,
big-screen TVs, video game systems and a cigar room.
