ROC Cafe Talk: Bleek Staying Low
I don't know why Memphis Bleek hasn't blown up like some of his predecessors. Every friend I have says he is ass. They call him Memhis Cheeks, lol. He has some good bars but the best thing about Bleek is his productions. He has some good produced songs with Timbo, Just Blaze, and Kanye, like it or not.
Bleek is getting old now and I think his Get Low label is the right choice. Some artists may do better behind the scenes. The only problem is he doesn't have any up coming stars. Hen has artists but he doesn't have anybody that is a star. SP has some artists that stick out like a sore thumb. Freeway has character, sounds like a crack head and looks like he's from the Old Testament. Peedi has character. I can't speak about YGz, lol. Well, they have a deep voice but are slim, like Shyne, lol. Geda K may have some nice bars but you need some personality to sale.
