MISSION #34: LET'S REQUEST CAM'RON'S SONG "HEY LADY" AT RADIO!
Okay first of all I want to give a shout out to the entire online team for KILLING the Samantha Ronson mission! I cannot express enough how much Samantha Ronson and I appreciate you guys voting for her video "Pull My Hair Out" on MTV.com! Now, moving right along...Killa Cam is back on the scene! Right now Cam is killing the streets with hot records like "Get Em' Girls," "Killa Cam," "Shake" feat. JR Writer and we can't forget about his verse on R. Kelly's "Thoia Thoing" but be clear that his first single is "Hey Lady" off of his third album PURPLE HAZE in stores June 8th. I'm telling ya'll right now that ya'll aren't ready for this album - it is RIDICULOUS! Radio spins are something that is very important to Cam, and he realized that the online team has been very helpful in getting his songs played at radio before, so he came by the office the other day and asked me and John B. to get this message out to you guys. The main focus of this mission is to get this song constantly played on the radio. We are focusing on the top ten markets in the U.S. I will be checking the action logs to see exactly what everyone is doing. Below, we've provided a list of request lines at in radio stations in various markets. Please call in to the station from the list below that you listen to. It's very important for everyone to call the stations in their market. Many station's request lines have caller ID, and if you're calling a station from your house that is in a different location than a station in your market, they'll know exactly what we're up to and it could even hurt our artist's chances to get their records played on the radio - so please only request within your market!
Here is the record that we're focusing on. Click the links below and call your local station(s) and request it!!!
