Jay-Z is headed to court. On Tuesday, a federal court judge dismissed
Jay's motion for summary judgment and ruled that a jury will
determine whether Hova, Roc-A-Fella Records and its parent company,
Island Def Jam, owe monetary damages to Demme Ulloa, who claims she
came up with the counter melody to "Izzo (H.O.V.A.)" but was never
compensated. The parties are due in court May 11. ...
