Entry
No purchase necessary to be a "Black S.Carter Contest" winner. Ten
winners will be selected. Contests for the "Black S.Carter Contest"
will be made on a rolling basis ("Contest"). One Submission per
person.
Submissions must be mailed or emailed to Fan Family Inc.
No other method of entry will be accepted. All submissions become the
exclusive property of Fan Family Inc. and www.fanfam.com and will not
be acknowledged or returned but will be considered confidential and
destroyed at the end of the contest.
Only one submission per mail or e-mail will be accepted. By
submitting an entry, contestant: (i) consents to allow his/her e-
mail/mail address to be added to the e-mail/mail lists of Fan Family
Inc./www.fanfam.com.com, to which product information may be sent
from time to time; (ii) warrants and represents that he/she has read
these Contest Rules and based thereon, is eligible to participate in
this Contest; (iii) agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules; (iv)
consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness by Fan Family
Inc./www.fanfam.com.com for promotional purposes (whether online or
through any other media now known or hereafter developed), without
compensation and unless prohibited by law; and (v) agrees, if
selected as a Contest winner, to be solely responsible for any and
all taxes as a result of accepting and receiving the prize.
Selection of Winner:
The winners will be selected by Jay-Z & Fan Family Inc. on a rolling
basis during the entry period. Contest of winners will be based on
the originality of the submittion by contestants. Winners must agree
to be profiled in future articles on contest winners appearing on
fanfam.com without fee. The decisions will be final and binding in
all respects. Winners will be notified of his/her selection by mail
during the notification period of no later than 90 days after the
contest deadline.
Winners will be required to complete and return within 10 business
days of notification of winning an affidavit of eligibility and
liability and, where legal, a publicity release, properly completed
and notarized, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate
winner.
Fan Family Inc./fanfam.com reserves the right to verify eligibility
qualifications of the winner. The odds of winning this Contest will
depend on the number of eligible applications received during the
entry period. The name of the winner(s) and where applicapable the
actual entry, mayl be posted at www.fanfam.com
