A lot of guys have been emailing me asking when there would be a program similar to the Set It Off Empowerment Forum for the girls, and without further a due, here it is!!! For all the young men who are interested in attending, MEN WHO ROC is a youth empowerment and inspirational panel session for African American, Latino, and all young men in general. This event will be sponsored by the New York City Mission Society/Team Roc and is open to all young men ages 12 and up. Definitely come out and show some support! This is a good event for all young men to attend.

Special guest speakers include: James Bowman (Moderator), Kwame (Hip Hop Artist), Lyonel "Kay K" Rosemond (A&R Manager, Universal Records-and a Single Dad), Brook Stephenson (Rolling Out! Urban Weekly), J.P. (4 Korners Hip Hop Newspaper), and Aswan Morris (Idacon Marketing).
Sponsors include: Roc-A-Fella Records, Rocawear, Hot 97, MTV, Def Jam Records and Converse.

Topics that will be discussed are:
- Development from a boy to a man
- Self esteem and self-evaluation
- Non-violent solutions to problems
- Treatment of young girls and women
