Oldies, But Goodies

I posted this last year on RocaBlog. I doubt most of you visitors were here back then so I'm revisiting.

Q-Don Conspiracy: The Cover Up!

Around the time The Blueprint was released last year there was alot of things going around. The mother of a died rapper said her son's song was stolen. The song was called "All I Need" from The Blueprint. It seems the producer of the song sold it to the ROC and got paid. But the rapper's, Q-Don, family did get paid or somthing like that. The mother felt Jay didn't have much to do with it so she didn't blame him.

I learned all of this through the radio and they actually played the original song in question with Q-Don rapping on it. I have to say the song is basically the same. Its the same beat but slower tempo I would say. In the versions Q-Don keeps saying "All I need" folllowing something different. In the Jay version he doesn't say that until the chorus. Some were thinking that Jay stole the lyrics but if you listen to the song you can tell that to switched alot of things.
