On February 23rd, the public (21 and over) will be able to access the new spot at http://www.heineken.com . In addition to viewing Jay-Z in the new commercial entitled "The Takeover," the public will also be able to access rare "behind the scenes" footage of the rap star taped during the making of the commercial. The site will also feature a special added bonus for eligible viewers.
