In the Dr Dre produced song "Watcher II" on BP2 Jay says something a least to me is kind of dissing. "We give Dre his props but thats where it stops, its the ROC" jigga rapped. To me its like saying your good Dre but me and my team is better. I think Dre doesn't really mind because he produced the track and is featured on it. Right now its my favorite track, which is strange because I don't like West Coast music or rappers.
